ResellerAdvantage Web Portal

The ResellerAdvantage Web Portal lets you give any customer with a compliant browser, on-line access to the same products that you have in your Reseller Advantage application. Your customers can shop for products using the Enhanced Searching capabilities and place orders directly on your Web site, without having to contact a salesperson. It also provides your customers with a way to send shopping carts to their sales reps for a quote, track the status of orders, enter repair and project request and track the status of repairs and projects. It also provides your employees with a way to access key ResellerAdvantage features via the web.

The ResellerAdvantage Web Portal allows you to effectively compete with larger companies and other Internet providers for direct orders while saving the cost of sales time and efforts. Give your customers the unique ability to do comparison shopping, getting the lowest price and best availability without waiting to contact a salesperson. Sales orders can be placed electronically and then automatically transferred to your accounting system for the creation of purchase orders and invoices.

 

Shop & Order Online

You establish pricing profiles
The prices your customer receives are based on the unique pricing profile that you define and establish.

The on-line shopping experience
Products are added to a shopping cart where they can be ordered, or the shopping cart can be saved for future reference and finalization at a later date. To place an order, your customer enters the billing and shipping information, and confirms items on the order. Your customer is given an order number so they can check the order status directly from the web without having to contact you. Using the ResellerAdvantage attachment functionality, you can add pictures and specification sheets to any of the products in the database so your customer can correctly identify products and view additional options. You can highlight "on sale" products for customers by selecting them from within Reseller Advantage.

Request for Quote
Your customers can interact with their sales rep via the web portal and ask them to provide a better quote or to review an order before processing it. The customer routes their shopping cart to their sales rep for quoting or review.

Sales rep is notified by email
The sales rep is notified via email with the customer, contact and shopping cart details along with any customer comments.

Quote is accessible via ResellerAdvantage Plus
The sales rep can then open the quote within ResellerAdvantage plus and review the quote and provide better pricing or suggestions on what else is required. The rep then changes the status of the quote and the customer is notified that they can review the quote changes via the ResellerAdvantage Web Portal

Customer accepts or rejects quote
The customer opens the quote via the ResellerAdvantage Web Portal reviews the changes and comments and wither accepts or rejects the quote. If the quote is accepted then the normal order processing continues and the order is placed via the web and the sales rep is notified. If they reject the quote the sales rep is notified as well and can follow up with them.

Request for Service
Your customers can interact with their sales rep via the web portal and ask them to provide a service quote for equipment or provide a proposal for a project.  The customer opens the service request form, enters the information and clicks submit.

Sales rep is notified by email
The sales rep is notified via email with the customer, contact and service details along with any customer comments.

Service Quote is accessible via ResellerAdvantage Plus
The sales rep can then open the quote within ResellerAdvantage plus and review the information and provides a quote. The rep then changes the status of the quote and the customer is notified that they can review the quote via the ResellerAdvantage Web Portal

Track Orders & Services
Customers can view all their current orders whether placed via the web or a sales rep and review the status of each item and determine shipping dates and tracking numbers. For service items they can review what tasks are in progress, what tasks are completed and what tasks still need to be scheduled. All comments on work completed can be reviewed.  

Determine each products status
Each product on a quote will has a status showing if it has been ordered, or if it is back ordered and it's arrival date, if its been shipped and the carrier tracking number.  

Determine work order or project status
Each work order or project has a series of tasks that can be tracked. Each task has a status and percent complete. Customers can determine if the project is waiting on products or if the task is behind schedule and why, as well as if the task is complete and view the task comments.

Tech Rep Access
The ResellerAdvantage Web Portal provides tech reps access to their tasks, projects and work orders allowing them to enter task data from any web browser, PDA or phone.
