Order Web Portal Announced
October 20, 2004 Albany,
NY: ResellerAdvantage (www.ResellerAdvantage.com) announced an upgrade to its web portal
software, ResellerAdvantage Web Portal. This new upgrade provides
work order administrators, Tech Reps as well as Customers with access
to the ResellerAdvantage PLUS Work Order Functionality.
Customers now have access to Work Order status and
scheduling, Tech Reps can now enter resolution descriptions as well
as billable, non billable and travel time on tasks they have
performed as well as access to full calendaring functionality to
view and manage their tasks. Work order administrators can review
and monitor the progress of work orders. All of this can now
be done via a web browser and access to
the internet.

The new upgrade to the ResellerAdvantage Web
Portal provides Customers, Tech Reps and Work Order Administrators
with easy access to critical information. This also allows Tech Reps
to immediately update Work Order information directly from
a customer's site or while on the road allowing Work Order
Administrators to track progress and to quickly react
to situations
that may arise.
