Integration Announced
March 25, 2004 Albany,
NY: ResellerAdvantage (www.ResellerAdvantage.com) a leader in Business Automation
Software announced the immediate availability of an integration
between ResellerAdvantage PLUS and Microsoft Outlook.
ResellerAdvantage PLUS users gain increased functionality by
streamlined communication with the popular personal information
management and communication solution.

The integration is designed
to leverage existing application investments, save time, eliminate
duplicate data entry, and is especially beneficial to companies
with people at various locations. Workers can log information
into an Outlook form, and synchronize their Outlook to automatically
submit an item into a ResellerAdvantage work order.
A remote worker disconnected from
the server can use an Outlook form to update task items into
a ResellerAdvantage queue while offline. When connected again, the forms are
automatically submitted as tasks into ResellerAdvantage Plus, where fields
in Outlook are mapped to ResellerAdvantage fields. Additionally,
the new E-mail Recorder feature in ResellerAdvantage PLUS allows you
to record any e-mail discussion in Outlook into ResellerAdvantage PLUS.

To ensure a successful
implementation, ResellerAdvantage PLUS Professional Services are
available for the Microsoft Outlook integration.
