Contacting a Tech Support Representative

Contact Us by Email:
  1. Please include in your email: Your Reseller Advantage customer Id# and current version of Reseller Advantage.
  2. Please be as descriptive as possible when explaining the problem.
  3. If you are getting a "Protection Violation", "Run-Time Error", or "Active-X Component can't create object" error, please do the following:
    Using windows explorer, navigate to your Reseller Advantage install directory (usually C:\reseller) and locate a file(s) called "error.log" and "radv_error.log". Attach these files to your email. You may have one or both of these files depending on which ResellerAdvantage modules you have installed.
  4. Send the message to support@reselleradvantage.com. You should get a response within 1 business day.
Reseller Advantage reserves the right to charge on a by-incident basis for technical support via email based on your Service Contract.
