ResellerAdvantage.com, LLC (RACL) was
formed on March 7, 1997. Its business is to develop, sell, install, and
maintain innovative computer software products to automate the typical marketing
and sales functions of computer industry Value Added Resellers (VARs) and other
supply chain distributors. These functions include managing customer contacts,
"instantly" determining product availability and pricing across multiple
vendors, writing estimates and proposals, scheduling follow ups, taking orders,
purchasing, invoicing and integrating with accounting systems. RACL also
provides Internet web site hosting software and services for its customers based
on the company's products.

Ownership
RACL is privately held and since it's
inception has secured funding through private placements of capital. Prior to
the formation of the company, the founder spent several years developing the
core technologies for the current products.
ResellerAdvantage.com, LLC has a full
time staff that represents years of successful business experience in
information technology management and sales, as well as software design and
development. The RACL team also consists of experienced consultants and creative
personnel who contribute to what they believe are some of the most innovative
