The Great Plains and MAS 90 integration modules

These modules offer very powerful solutions because they utilize ODBC database connections between applications and provide a highly automated interface that shields your users from the potential complexity. By making a few simple choices in the pop up windows as demonstrated below, your users can configure the system to pass customer information, sales orders and purchase orders directly to Great Plains or MAS 90.

Purchasers in your organization can also get up-to-the-minute inventory information from your Great Plains or MAS 90 system with the click of a button. When creating PO's in ResellerAdvantage Order Processing, you will immediately know whether to source a product from in-house stock or directly from vendors.

Reseller Great Plains Integration Module

When processing orders, the integration module checks your Great Plains system for the order, the customer and the products. If not found, they are automatically added according to your specifications.

ResellerAdvantage MAS 90 Integration Module

The integration module for MAS 90 passes customer data, sales orders, purchase orders and product information to an intermediary database. It then launches a MAS 90 Visual Integrator job that imports and integrates the information into your MAS 90 system.

ResellerAdvantage Peachtree Integration Module

The integration module for Peachtree uses Dynamic Data Exchange to check for customers, products and sales reps in the Peachtree system. Customers and products that are not found are exported to separate files which can be imported into Peachtree to integrate the information. If a sales rep isn't found, the user is prompted to manually add the profile in Peachtree.

The module then exports sales orders and purchase orders to separate files that can be imported into Peachtree to integrate the information.

ResellerAdvantage QuickBooks Pro Integration Module

The integration module for QuickBooks simply exports sales order and purchase order information. When imported into QuickBooks, accounts and products that don't exist are automatically added to the system.

Sales orders are imported as invoices for accounts receivable and credit management. Purchase orders are imported as such for accounts payable and inventory management.
